Assemblies often require the cooperation and coordination of many suppliers. For example, an assembly may require an extrusion, stampings, screw machine parts and finishing processes such as painting and anodizing. Third party factories may provide tooling and fixturing. In China, our assembly factory typically selects its own vendors for component and finishing. Sinotech has found that subcontractors chosen by other assembly factories are often selected without due diligence and the quality of the resulting assembly suffers.
